The price to rent the villa per week is:

Low season:

 April 20th until December 6th 2008: £375  per week for up to 4 people

High Season:

 Dec. 8th 2008 until April 20th 2009: £475  per week for up to  4 people

* Remember these rates are for the villa  for one week  for up to 4 persons.

There will be an extra charge of £60 low season and £70  high season per week for a fifth person

Included:

Bed linen and towels are provided but you will need to bring your own beach towels. The maid will come and change the beds and clean for you  once a week and this is included in the rental fee. If you require extra maid service you can arrange this independently with her.

If you require shopping ready for your arrival this can be arranged from your own shopping list. The maid will make a charge for this service.

There is a spar shop at Antigua village which is within walking distance. The main shopping center is in the town of St John’s where there is a large fruit and vegetable market. The Woods Centre, nearby in Friars Hill Rd. includes the large epicurean supermarket with a wide range groceries, a post office, chemist, bank and ATM cash points that takes major credit cards.
